At MysteryVibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't a perfect match, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original MysteryVibe packaging if possible.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
